Terms of Service

These Terms of Service cover your use of the Bubbles & Brews website and event inquiry form. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean Bubbles & Brews Mobile Bartending, LLC, based in Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina.

1. Inquiries and eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to submit an inquiry. Provide accurate contact and event information, and only provide another person’s information if you are authorized to do so. This inquiry requirement does not establish an event’s guest-admission policy.

By submitting an inquiry, you ask Dawn to contact you by phone, email, or text about your request and event planning. You are not subscribing to promotional messages or a newsletter. Tell Dawn if you prefer a particular contact method or no longer want follow-up.

2. Our services and service area

We offer mobile bartending, beverage planning and purchasing guidance, tasting guidance, staffing, and draft service, as agreed for each event. We typically serve events within about 12 miles of the center of Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina. Events outside that area are considered case by case.

The client or event host provides the venue and purchases and provides the alcohol. We do not sell or provide alcohol or offer a cash bar. Event arrangements remain subject to applicable law, venue requirements, and the separate service agreement. Nothing in these website terms removes any party’s legal responsibilities for alcohol service.

3. An inquiry is not a reservation

This website accepts inquiries only. It does not take payments or make reservations. Submitting the form or receiving a submission confirmation does not confirm availability, create an event-service contract, or reserve a date.

Your date is reserved only after your quote, custom service agreement, and required deposit are completed. Our Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy is available on this website. Event-specific terms are provided in the separate service agreement. The signed service agreement controls your booked event if it differs from these website terms or the public policy.

4. Website information

Service descriptions and staffing ranges help start the planning conversation. Final recommendations depend on your venue, guest count, beverage selections, and event needs. We aim to keep website information accurate, but availability and offerings can change. Confirm the details with Dawn before relying on them for your event.

5. Acceptable use and website content

Do not misuse the form, send spam or unlawful content, impersonate another person, introduce malicious software, or interfere with the site or its security. Do not submit payment-card details, government identification, or sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.

Our website text, branding, photographs, and other materials belong to us or their respective owners or licensors. You may view and share links to the site for personal event planning. Other copying or commercial reuse requires permission unless allowed by law.

6. Privacy and outside services

Our Cancellation, Refund & ReschedulingPrivacy & Cookies Policy explains how inquiry information and technical data are handled. Third-party websites linked from this site have their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Website availability and responsibility

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access or successful delivery of every inquiry. If you see an error or do not hear back, contact Dawn directly. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available, without warranties of continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, or changes obligations in a signed event-service agreement.

8. Changes and applicable law

We may update these website terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes do not rewrite an existing signed service agreement. South Carolina law governs these terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
