For fewer than 50 guests, our starting guide is one bartender. For 50–99 guests it is two, and for 100–150 it is three. Events with more than 150 guests receive a custom recommendation. Your menu, venue, and event flow help determine the final staffing.

Have your proposed date, estimated guest count, venue city or ZIP code, and ideas ready. During planning, discuss service hours, equipment, cups, ice, mixers, setup and cleanup responsibilities, venue requirements, and any travel arrangements. Your quote and agreement will identify the agreed scope and price.

The inquiry starts a conversation. A date is reserved after the quote, service agreement, and required deposit are completed.

We typically serve event venues within about 12 miles of central Batesburg-Leesville. You can live or work elsewhere and plan your gathering here. Events outside that normal area are considered case by case.
