You don’t need a finished drink menu to get in touch. We can help you explore selections, consider tasting options, and understand what and how much to purchase.

The event host provides the venue and purchases and supplies the alcohol. We do not sell alcohol or offer a cash bar.

Our starting guide is one bartender for fewer than 50 guests, two for 50–99, and three for 100–150. Larger receptions receive a custom staffing recommendation. The final plan also considers the beverage menu, venue, and event flow.

Include your reception timing and service needs when you inquire. Dawn will discuss the details with you before preparing the plan.

Your quote and service agreement set out the scope, pricing, and event-specific arrangements. During the consultation, discuss service hours, setup and cleanup, equipment, supplies, venue access, and any travel arrangements so you know what is included and what you need to arrange.

Your date is reserved only after your quote, service agreement, and required deposit are completed. Sending an inquiry does not reserve it.

Our normal event coverage is about 12 miles from the center of Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina. Couples and families living farther away can still book a reception here. Events outside our normal area are considered case by case.
